From pre-school to 75+, sport can play a part in your life

Becoming active is not as scary as it sounds. Taking part in sport and physical exercise is a process that begins and continues throughout life. Whether you have children who you would like to do more exercise, or you are a pensioner who wants to get out and about. The process of Long Term Athlete Development is established through stages. Our aim is to guide people though the stages, and help progress to the highest levels they can achieve. The highest level however, is up to you.
